Policies
Your first Reiki Session:
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first Reiki session to fill out paperwork. There is an initial consultation for all first time clients before energy work can be done.
Late policy:
If you are late for your appointment, then I will do my best to honor the remainder of your treatment time. You will be responsible for full payment of the session you originally scheduled.
Allergies or Sensitivities:
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please make sure to list them on your initial paperwork so that I may accommodate you. If you develop any new allergies/sensitivities tell me about them when you schedule.
Cancellations / Rescheduling:
I require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling request.
All cancellations must be done by phone. Emails, Facebook messages and text messages will not be accepted for the purpose of canceling an appointment.
Payments:
I accept cash, checks (made payable to Laura Carpenter), Visa & MasterCard.
Referrals:
Share my name with your friends and acquaintances. I appreciate your referrals, and so will you! I offer a 10% referral discount to anyone who has a friend or family member that schedules a full 1 hour session. After they come in for their first appointment and they give your name you will receive a 10% discount on your next scheduled full 1 hour session AND so will they!
Gratuities:
Monetary gratuities are gracefully accepted, but never expected. The best tips you can give is rescheduling for a return appointment, and telling your friends and acquaintances about me.
